Introducing Makes Two Studio!

Hi Friends!

Things are slowly getting back to their usual pace after the busy holiday season. I’ve had a wonderful break and it’s given my man and I the time we needed to kick things off for our big passion project. Makes Two Studio. We don’t have our website up yet but you can keep up to date with what we’re working on through our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Lucus is a graphic designer specialising in digital design, film and photography. We started Makes Two to give us the opportunity to combine our skills and work on creative projects together.

Here’s our first video…

We played with how we wanted the paper to move and spent several hours working out the best way to make the fireworks look their best. We then cut all of the pieces using my latest weapon of choice, my KNK Zing. (Love it so much!) We then took lots and lots and lots of photos… 

We want to create works that combine digital and handmade techniques. I’m super excited by where this adventure will take us. We work so well together and it was only a matter of time before we combined our powers. 🙂
